- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible experience every time I've been, I waited 3 weeks for a call about a prescription for a new formula my doctor faxed over, I had to call and complain to get the appointment for the new formula after being told over the phone I couldn't have that formula.. Once I went to the appointment every person I was in contact with was rude besides the breast feeding counselor.. They made it a big deal that in order for me to have the formula I HAD to bring the six cans of the old formula back and that I would be reimbursed, I sent my mom up there with the formula and my card and they weren't going to give me a can of formula to at least last til the first until my mom complained.. Mind you I had to buy formula for 3 weeks because of them, and according to the state those 6 cans of formula were mine not theirs!
